And yesterday afternoon, modeling band #3 whilegetting ready to commute home from daycare.
We haven't decorated this one yet, since I haven't had any ideas that I like more than Superman. I bought some fabric, but I'm not really crazy about it. Plus, I think the band needs to be trimmed a bit, so I want to wait until after our next appointment before I begin my arts and crafts project.
If you have any ideas or hints on where to find really fun wrapping paper - with a small pattern - that I could ModPodge on there, leave a comment! (Target and Hallmark have yielded disappointing results.)
I think that decorating the band makes it look a lot less medical and serious. Plus, Patrick got lots of attention from the ladies when he was wearing his Superman hat, which he L-O-V-E-D. I'm afraid that people look at it and think that Andy and I are paranoid, overprotective parents... and then I got a catalog with this . Pretty crazy.
He looks great, but I agree I enjoy the added decoration.I would look at AC Moore in the scrapbooking section. They may have sheets of decorating paper that would work for you. m
