Naked Head

After 4 weeks in his DOC Band, Patrick ran out of room for further adjustments. The good news is that he is responding very well the band, but the bad news is that insurance won't pay for another one until 8 weeks after he started wearing the first one. This means that for the next 4 weeks, our little guy will have a naked head. We've started more aggressive physical therapy, so over the next few weeks we will be focusing on stretches, strengthening exercises, and keeping him off of his flat spot.


Patrick is really getting big - he's about 15lbs, and 25 inches long. We've packed away the 0-3 month clothes and pulled out the 6 month ones. Also, the pediatrician has given us the go-ahead to start some solid foods. Stay tuned for a video of Patrick vs. Rice Cereal!
