So today was largely more of the same. Patrick continues to be in pain and run fevers. His general energy is depleted, and he has spent the entire day in bed as it hurts him to be moved. We have seen all kinds of doctors and had multiple test, some of which have been run multiple times.
We don't have any better idea about what this illness could be. We have ruled many things out, and many of the tests we have taken end up with mixed results and confusing diagnosis.
Patrick is a tough trooper, and has finally started eating for the first time in 2.5 days. This eating miracle was brought by five guys French fries, the first and only thing he will eat. Stay tuned.
