Patrick seemed to have a slightly better night last night, with more sleep and woke up late. He also ate a little bit more this morning to help us try and avoid a feeding tube (ugh!). Christy and I are both hopeful that the sleeping and eating will help bring back our smiling little guy.
His swelling is down a bit, however his joints still seem to hurt him when he is moved. He hasn't moved from the lying position we put him in in three days. Testing-wise the jury is still out and we are waiting for some new doctors to consult with this morning (Thursday) and will see what the rest of today brings. In the mean time we will keep him as happy as we can with donuts, French fries and Sesame Street!
