Baby is on the schedule!

So today Dr. Khoury, who admitted us, came in to talk to Little Tiger and let us know that the baby is scheduled for delivery on April 13th, 2010.  This is provided the baby doesn't decide "This is too long to wait, and I want out!"  Dr. Khoury was the one who originally predicted 1-5 weeks of hospital stay,today represents week six of no shoes, and sippy cups.


Baby is 31 weeks and 2 days old right now, and save a few scares along the way, appears to be doing well.  It is still a little small, but otherwise healthy.  As of this morning we have had 17 sonograms, and countless other tests. Mom continues to keep a very positive outlook and we both appreciate all the well wishes.  Yesterday I was able to smuggle her off the hall in a wheel chair, and take the Little Tiger out for some sunshine.  We sat outside the Women & Children's Center and enjoyed the early spring time weather.

This scheduled delivery will represent 36 weeks, and while the doctors don't think we will make it that long, they have been wrong before.

We continue to keep our fingers crossed, and wait to feel one more little kick at a time.
