The women in the NICU are scrapbooking maniacs. They love to have little scrapbooking hours, and it seems that little notes left on the isolettes have been scrapbooked as well. The Transpyloric feeding tube simply means that the tube goes through his little tummy into the top of his intestines. This keeps Patrick from spitting up too much and taking more of his food in for growing.
